From now on a new colour will be available: an energetic red. In addition SPORTident offers the SIAC in a special and very limited edition with the neon colours lemon, lime and grapefruit. The normal colours are still available. Prepare yourself best for the upcoming sport events by using the SIAC.
The successful registration at the SPORTident Control Stations is indicated by an obvious optical and acoustical feedback signal from the SIAC. Thereby the athlete can not only see but also hear if the registration of the check point was successful.
With the latest version of our firmware all existing BSF7 and BSF8 Stations now support the contactless AIR+ system. Direct punching with the classic SPORTident Cards and contactless timing with the SIAC are supported simultaneously. New hardware is not required. The existing SI-Stations BSF7/8 can still be used. The SIAC can be used in any combination with other traditional SPORTident equipment. So it cannot only be used for contactless timing but also for direct punching in our classic system.
Containing a battery the SIAC will always work in direct punching mode even if the battery is empty. Direct punching provides a fall-back option to register at controls. This wide range of applications offers true added value for its owner. A distinctive feature is that the SIAC will work for several years due to lower power consumption.
