SPORTident - Making MTB Enduro faster
SPORTident continuously develops new products. With its newest technology AIR+, SPORTident addresses the modern needs of athletes. Based on this AIR+ technology a MTB Enduro Set was developed to support the special requirements of this sport. The set will be available in three different options and includes SI-ActiveCards (SIAC), SI-Stations and more needful accessories. So all needed equipment for your timekeeping is available in a complete set – delivered in a suitable transportation case.
The contactless timekeeping with the MTB Enduro Set allows a quick tracking and evaluation of the race. During the race there will be no need to stop at the check point or at the finish line. The set offers a contactless timekeeping with different distances from 1.8m to 3.0m into the new robust and high quality SIAC, which can be mounted at the bike (frame, handlebar or headset) with a specific bike holder also developed by SPORTident.
The successful registration of the athletes is indicated by an obvious optical and acoustical feedback signal from the SIAC. Thereby the rider can not only see but also hear if the registration of the check point was successful.
Radio options for online data services allow displaying not only the final scores during finish but also the split times during the race as a live result directly on a monitor or a laptop.
Another great advantage for MTB Enduro is that the rider will bring not only the light and compact designed SIAC but also the time stamps to the finish. So it is not necessary to read out the data from the stations in the field. And in addition you have got prompt results. Hence this and based on an easy and rapid installation even in areas where access is difficult, you have got less personnel expenses due to the fact that fewer course marshals are required.
